When I click certain links on your download page, why do the applications sometimes launch instead of being downloaded?
Your system MIME settings may cause an application to launch instead of downloading. To download a file instead of launching, right-click the download link and click the save option.
How do I get support for the product that I just downloaded?

What network protocols are used for downloads?
Two network protocols will be available for downloading images. You will have to choose between the Download Director or HyperText Transport Protocol (HTTP) protocols. Follow these links for FAQs on Download Director and HTTP downloads.
